Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Behavioral Analyst to join our pioneering remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing human-AI interactions, identifying behavioral patterns, and providing critical insights to refine our AI models. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the ethical development and user-centric design of cutting-edge AI technologies, working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets of human-AI interactions to identify trends, anomalies, and potential biases.
- Develop and implement methodologies for tracking and evaluating user behavior within AI-powered applications.
- Translate complex behavioral data into actionable insights and recommendations for AI development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to integrate behavioral insights into product roadmaps.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses about user interaction and AI responsiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on findings for various stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in human-computer interaction, cognitive science, and AI ethics.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Understanding of machine learning principles and AI system design.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
