Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Infrastructure Support Analyst with a strong networking focus to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our cutting-edge AI infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex network-related issues, optimizing data flow for AI workloads, and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement robust network solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network protocols, infrastructure as code, and experience supporting large-scale, high-performance computing environments dedicated to artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for network-related issues impacting AI infrastructure, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Monitor network performance and availability, identifying bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions to ensure optimal operation for AI workloads.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists to understand their networking requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain network configurations, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
- Automate network tasks and deployments using scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical network infrastructure.
- Document network architectures, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and solutions to enhance AI infrastructure capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs)
- Strong experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
- Experience with cloud networking concepts (Azure Networking, AWS VPC, GCP VPC)
- Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
- Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for network automation
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant professional network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, JNCIP)
- Experience with SDN/NFV technologies
- Familiarity with container networking (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their specific networking demands
- Experience working in a large-scale data center environment
