Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apple Sales Support professional with a strong focus on lead management. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team by efficiently managing and nurturing leads, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to potential conversion. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and contributing to our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify incoming sales leads from various channels, ensuring timely and accurate entry into CRM systems.
- Support the sales team by providing detailed lead information, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential customers to assess needs and determine product fit.
- Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional remote customer service and support, addressing inquiries related to Apple products and services.
- Generate regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
