Job Description

You will gain hands-on experience in supporting our wealth advisors, assisting clients, and learning the fundamentals of investment management. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Wealth Management Advisors, including scheduling appointments and preparing client meeting materials.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering necessary documentation and processing paperwork accurately.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Learn and understand various financial products and services offered within Wealth Management.
- Support the team with general office duties and special projects as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with financial terminology or basic investment concepts.
