Job Description
Join Wells Fargo as a Bank Teller and become a vital part of our community-focused team in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and fluency in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will be the face of Wells Fargo, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals. This position offers a special bonus for your valuable bilingual capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized and friendly service.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a financial services role
- Experience with sales or cross-selling products and services
