Job Description

Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an enthusiastic Brow Bar Assistant to join our fabulous team in Brighton. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required – we provide full training to turn your potential into expertise! You’ll be the heart of our Brow Bar, supporting our estheticians, delighting clients, and ensuring every visit is an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Brow Bar, including sterilizing tools and restocking products.
- Assist Benebabes with client consultations, product recommendations, and post-service care advice.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support promotional events and in-store marketing activities to drive client engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to create a positive and memorable experience for every client.
- Actively learn and absorb all training provided on brow services, product knowledge, and client care protocols.
- Maintain a high level of brand knowledge and enthusiasm for Benefit Cosmetics products and services.
