Job Description

IntelliShop is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Dining Mystery Shoppers in Thornton, Colorado. This is a unique opportunity to provide valuable feedback to local restaurants, helping them enhance their service and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to assigned casual dining restaurants, often with family members, to evaluate the overall experience.
- Observe and document specific details related to customer service, food presentation, taste, order accuracy, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness.
- Complete detailed online evaluation forms and reports within a specified timeframe, providing objective and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to all project guidelines and instructions to ensure accurate and consistent data collection.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and shopping assignments.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and objective reporting.
- Ability to remember specific details and recall them accurately.
- Reliable access to a smartphone or computer with internet access for report submission.
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
