Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Student Guest Service Agent to join our team. This high-energy role is perfect for students looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and their needs are met throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, reservation systems).
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (retail, food service, etc.).
  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related academic program.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Proficiency in a second language.
