Job Description
We are seeking highly professional and experienced Chauffeurs to join our esteemed team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals dedicated to providing top-tier, safe, and reliable luxury transportation services. As a Chauffeur with Ambassador Limousine & Sedan Service, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless, comfortable, and memorable travel experience. You will operate high-end vehicles, navigate local and regional routes efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines for clients on scheduled routes.
- Ensure punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs, adhering strictly to itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of company vehicles, inside and out.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge, anticipating traffic and road conditions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including trip logs and expense reports, accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License or equivalent.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Proven experience in professional driving or chauffeur services (ride-share experience preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of Wesley Chapel, Tampa Bay area, and surrounding regions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using navigation systems (GPS) and smartphone applications.
- Neat, professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeur or executive transportation experience.
- Defensive driving course certification.
- Experience operating luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Cadillac, Lincoln).
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
