Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our exclusive team in Austin, TX. As a Blacklane Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and discreet transportation for our discerning clientele, ensuring every journey exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion with all clients.
- Ensure the vehicle is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and ready for service at all times.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic patterns and client preferences, to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide a comfortable, stress-free travel experience.
- Adhere to strict schedules and be punctual for all assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and other relevant trip details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Austin and surrounding areas, including major routes and landmarks.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
