Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and discreet Cosmetic Surgery Clinic Aide to join our prestigious team at Spire Dunedin Hospital. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our cosmetic surgery department, providing essential administrative and patient support with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to assist both our clinical staff and patients throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the cosmetic surgery team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare consultation rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and documents are ready for appointments.
  • Welcome patients, manage their check-in process, and ensure a comfortable and discreet waiting experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding patient information and treatments.
  • Assist with patient follow-up procedures and coordination of post-operative care as directed by clinical staff.
  • Manage inventory of clinic supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is always clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
