Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and bill payments.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, products, and services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate RBC solutions, referring complex issues to specialists.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all banking procedures and regulations.
  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of RBC to all customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
