Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Client Liaison to join our Professional Services team in Anaheim, California. In this critical role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our executive-level clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of Deloitte’s comprehensive professional services. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, managing client expectations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive client satisfaction and business growth. This is an on-site position requiring a strong presence in our Anaheim office.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with executive-level clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client strategic objectives and challenges to proactively identify how Deloitte's services can provide value.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and internal service delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate and lead regular client review meetings to discuss performance, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with consulting, advisory, and other service lines to ensure integrated and holistic client solutions.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and account management process for key clients.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably within professional services.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of professional services offerings (e.g., consulting, audit, tax, advisory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree).
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
