Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as a Field Sorter, specializing in outdoor work with the exciting option of a 4-day work week. This vital role involves sorting various materials at outdoor sites, ensuring proper segregation for recycling and disposal. You will be an essential part of our operational team, contributing directly to our environmental goals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual sorting and segregation of a variety of waste materials at designated outdoor sites.
- Operate basic sorting equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, even in outdoor conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets.
- Identify and report any hazards, equipment malfunctions, or unusual waste materials.
- Ensure quality control in material sorting to maximize recycling potential.
