Job Description
We are seeking a highly discerning and impeccably professional Fine Dining Evaluator to join our exclusive network of quality assessment specialists. As an Evaluator, you will conduct covert assessments of high-end dining establishments, providing invaluable, objective feedback on every aspect of the guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Execute unannounced, covert evaluations of designated fine dining establishments according to strict brand guidelines.
- Rigorously assess all elements of the dining experience, including food quality, presentation, beverage program, service efficiency and etiquette, ambiance, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Compile comprehensive, objective, and articulate evaluation reports within specified deadlines, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, observations, and findings.
- Adhere to a professional appearance and demeanor, blending seamlessly into a high-end dining environment.
- Manage and submit expense reports accurately and promptly for reimbursed dining costs.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure consistency in evaluation methodology and reporting standards.

- Superior written communication skills for producing clear, concise, and comprehensive reports.
