Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Personal Chauffeur for a private family in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, strong knowledge of the local area, and a commitment to providing exceptional service with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing the family’s transportation needs. You will be responsible for safe and timely transport for family members to various appointments, events, and personal engagements, ensuring comfort and security at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport family members to their desired destinations, including business appointments, social events, airports, and personal errands.
- Maintain the assigned luxury vehicle(s) to impeccable standards of cleanliness and mechanical readiness, including scheduling routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, weather, and appointments to ensure punctuality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the family's affairs and travel details.
- Assist family members with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other personal items.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Be available for scheduled and unscheduled driving needs, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Manage vehicle documentation, registrations, and insurance renewals.
- Provide a high level of personalized service, anticipating needs and preferences.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional chauffeur experience for a private family or executive.
- Flawless driving record with no accidents or violations.
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class.
- Excellent knowledge of Green Bay, WI, and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
