Job Description
As a Google Sales Support – Lead Management focus, Remote, you will be instrumental in optimizing the sales process for one of the world’s leading technology companies. Your primary responsibilities will include the end-to-end management of sales leads, from qualification and enrichment to distribution and tracking. You will work closely with sales teams, providing them with the necessary support to convert leads into successful business opportunities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will utilize advanced CRM systems and sales tools to maintain a high level of data integrity and contribute directly to sales targets through efficient lead management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads based on predefined criteria.
- Manage and enrich lead data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives and track their progress.
- Monitor lead performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and conversion rates.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies regarding lead management.
- Identify and implement process improvements for lead management workflows.
