Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings and appointments via Google Calendar and Google Meet.
- Assist with data entry, compilation, and analysis to support various departmental projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through email and collaborative platforms.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
- Conduct online research and compile information as required for specific tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data and information.
Required Skills
