Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Support various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk operations as needed.
- Help organize and facilitate guest activities and events, ensuring smooth execution and guest enjoyment.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, lounges, and activity spaces.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experience.
- Handle minor guest requests and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Operate basic equipment and systems relevant to resort operations (e.g., POS, booking systems).
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
