Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents within Google Drive, ensuring easy accessibility and proper version control.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events using Google Calendar, including sending invitations and managing RSVPs.
  • Draft, edit, and format presentations and reports using Google Slides and Google Docs.
  • Support internal communications by drafting emails and managing distribution lists in Gmail.
  • Assist with data entry and basic analysis using Google Sheets.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Learn and adapt to new Google Workspace features and tools as they evolve.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
