Job Description
Garmin is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Analytics Labeler. In this Smart Working Role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our data quality and analytical capabilities by accurately labeling and categorizing marketing data. This position supports our marketing intelligence efforts, enabling more precise campaign targeting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will work with various data sets, ensuring consistency and adherence to predefined guidelines, contributing directly to the effectiveness of our global marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and categorize diverse marketing data sets, including customer interactions, campaign performance metrics, and market trends, according to established guidelines.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of labeled data.
- Collaborate with marketing analysts and data scientists to understand labeling requirements and contribute to the refinement of data annotation processes.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or anomalies, contributing to ongoing data improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of labeling documentation and training materials.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices for data labeling.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing analytics infrastructure and methodologies.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data entry and manipulation.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and data.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience with data labeling, data entry, or quality assurance.
