Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Evening Martial Arts Club Administrator. This entry-level, part-time position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in club administration, with a focus on supporting the smooth operation of our evening martial arts programs. You will be the first point of contact for members and instructors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires evening availability and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage member check-ins and attendance records for evening martial arts classes.
  • Respond to member inquiries in person, via phone, and email regarding schedules, membership, and club policies.
  • Assist instructors with class preparation and set-up, including equipment organisation.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining club records.
  • Process new member registrations and update existing member information.
  • Ensure the reception and club areas are tidy and welcoming during evening hours.
  • Support the Martial Arts Club Coordinator with various ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere for all club members and visitors.
