Job Description
Join our team at Starbucks as a Service Associate, specifically tailored for 15-year-old teens looking for after-school shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a supportive and friendly environment. You’ll learn essential customer service skills, teamwork, and how to contribute to a bustling coffee shop atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including customer areas.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
