Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apple Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and trafficking of advertising campaigns specifically within the Apple Ads ecosystem. You will ensure the timely and accurate setup, launch, and delivery of ad campaigns, collaborating closely with internal creative, media, and client teams. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a foundational understanding of digital advertising principles and ad trafficking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the trafficking and implementation of Apple Ads campaigns, ensuring all assets are correctly set up and launched on schedule.
- Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking pixels prior to campaign launch.
- Coordinate with media planners and creative teams to gather all necessary assets and information for campaign setup.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshooting any ad serving or tracking issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign details, specifications, and revisions.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Stay updated on Apple Ads platform changes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Assist in the generation of performance reports and provide insights on ad delivery.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with ad trafficking or campaign management in a digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms and ad tech solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Direct experience working with Apple Search Ads or other Apple advertising products.
- Understanding of common digital marketing KPIs and reporting metrics.
- Previous experience at a media agency or in-house marketing team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting ad tags.
