Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Online Google Specialist with a strong focus on Data Integrity to join our dynamic team in Vacaville, CA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across various Google platforms and internal systems. You will leverage your expertise in Google tools to monitor, audit, and enhance data quality, directly impacting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of data management principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular audits of data within Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other relevant Google platforms to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving data quality and integrity, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure seamless data flow across integrated systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of data integrity processes, definitions, and best practices.
- Monitor data trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize Google Sheets, BigQuery, or similar tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Stay current with Google product updates and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance and optimal data management.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of data integrity principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with data validation, cleaning, and transformation processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or other relevant Google certifications.
- Experience with SQL or other querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data automation tasks.
