Job Description

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy individual looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Concierge Group Canada is seeking a dedicated Personal Errand Assistant to support our clients with a wide array of daily tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on efficiency, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing various personal and household errands, ensuring our clients’ lives run smoothly and efficiently. This is an on-site position requiring local travel within Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup/delivery, and other retail errands.
  • Coordinate and oversee household maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and supervising vendors.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and reminders for personal and professional engagements.
  • Assist with package sending, mail management, and bill payment services.
  • Run banking and postal errands.
  • Conduct research for various personal needs, such as gift ideas, travel arrangements, or service providers.
  • Organize and declutter client spaces as requested.
  • Provide occasional pet care assistance, including walks or vet appointments.
  • Handle special requests and ad-hoc tasks with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed and expenses incurred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or concierge role.
  • Familiarity with the Hamilton and Greater Toronto Area.
  • Experience managing household budgets or expenses.
  • Knowledge of local service providers and businesses.
