Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 2 Technical Support Specialist with expertise in Pinterest Ad Technology to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting for Pinterest advertising clients, partners, and internal teams. You will handle complex issues related to ad campaign setup, tracking, pixel implementation, API integrations, and general platform functionality. This is a crucial role for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients using the Pinterest advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Pinterest advertising products and tools, resolving complex issues for clients and partners.
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, conversion pixels, product catalogs, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge bases and client-facing resources.
- Conduct technical training and guidance for less experienced support staff and clients.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or areas for improvement in the ad tech stack.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest advertising features, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ad tech support, digital advertising operations, or a related technical role.
- Proven expertise with Pinterest advertising platform, including Ads Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, and catalog feeds.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs (RESTful).
- Experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., browser developer tools, proxy sniffers).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and issue tracking software (e.g., Jira).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data manipulation techniques.
