Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and confidential records, documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to senior staff promptly.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents, their families, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and care plans.
