Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pinterest Inbox Manager to join our remote team. This is a crucial role focused entirely on written correspondence within the Pinterest platform, ensuring our community members receive timely, helpful, and brand-aligned responses. You will be the primary point of contact for Pinterest-related inquiries, comments, and direct messages, managing all aspects of engagement through text-based communication. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a vibrant global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Pinterest inbox, responding to all direct messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Draft clear, concise, and brand-consistent written responses to a variety of user questions and feedback.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues or recurring themes to relevant internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of Etsy policies, products, and best practices related to Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and support overall Pinterest strategy.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to Pinterest inbox activity, response times, and user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about Pinterest platform updates, trends, and community guidelines to optimize engagement strategies.
