Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Professional Google Lead to drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation across our client engagements utilizing the Google ecosystem. This is a critical remote role where you will be instrumental in guiding teams, developing solutions, and ensuring best practices for Google-centric projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and other Google technologies, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, shaping our approach to leveraging Google’s capabilities for business transformation and growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead from the front, influencing technological direction and delivering impactful results for our diverse client base from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of complex solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
  • Act as the primary technical authority and point of contact for all Google-related initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Mentor and guide project teams on Google best practices, architecture, and development methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Google solutions.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new Google products and features, recommending their adoption where beneficial.
  • Ensure compliance with Google's architectural principles, security standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to articulate value propositions and win new business.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, whitepapers, and industry presentations related to Google technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering large-scale Google-centric projects.
  • Expertise in at least three core GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, AI Platform).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud security, and data management on Google platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Cloud Professional Architect or Developer certification.
  • Experience with other Google technologies like Google Ads or Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
