Job Description
Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and proficient with online research? TELUS International is seeking a dedicated Remote Data Research Assistant to join our team, focusing on Google Search Tasks. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where you will play a crucial role in evaluating search results, categorizing data, and providing feedback to improve the quality and relevance of information. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing AI models and search engine performance. This position is 100% remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule within project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate and rate Google search results based on specific guidelines.
- Conduct thorough online research to gather and verify information.
- Categorize and tag data according to predefined criteria.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on search query relevance and result quality.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all assigned tasks.
- Adhere to project guidelines and confidentiality agreements strictly.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
