Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Form Processor to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role responsible for accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of various forms and documents, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established procedures. The successful candidate will work from home, contributing to our operational efficiency and supporting critical business functions. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be a vital part of a global financial institution from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process a high volume of incoming forms, applications, and documents.
  • Verify information for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Input data into various internal systems with speed and precision.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding processing status or issues.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Meet daily processing quotas and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to accurately process high volumes of data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong typing speed and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, form processing, or administrative roles, particularly in a high-volume setting.
  • Familiarity with financial services terminology or documentation.
  • Experience with document management systems (DMS).
  • Associate's degree or relevant certification.
