Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking enthusiastic Remote Subscription Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for selling Sky’s market-leading subscription services (TV, broadband, mobile) to new and existing customers across the UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers via phone and digital channels to identify their needs.
  • Present and sell Sky's range of TV, broadband, and mobile subscription packages.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Accurately record customer information and sales details in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Sky's product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, turning challenges into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize strategies and share best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new products and sales techniques.
