Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Typing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe and type documents, reports, and correspondence from various sources (audio, handwritten, digital).
- Perform data entry tasks with high precision and attention to detail.
- Review and proofread typed materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records in an orderly manner.
- Assist with general administrative duties as assigned to support team operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adhere to company standards and deadlines for all typing and data entry projects.
Required Skills
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
