Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Bloomin' Brands restaurant locations as a regular guest, maintaining anonymity.
- Objectively evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, including food quality, service efficiency, staff attentiveness, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Complete detailed online evaluation reports promptly after each visit, providing thorough and unbiased feedback.
- Adhere to specific instructions and guidelines for each evaluation assignment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the mystery guest program and findings.
- Provide actionable insights and constructive criticism to help improve restaurant operations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for comprehensive report writing.
- Ability to remain anonymous and blend in as a typical customer.
- Strong ethical conduct and integrity.
- Reliable internet access for report submission.
