Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible, independent way to earn income while making a real impact on consumer experiences? Market Force Information is seeking dedicated Secret Shopping Contractors to join our nationwide network. This 1099 contract position offers the ultimate flexibility: work when you want, choose assignments that fit your schedule, and contribute to improving customer service for leading brands. As a Secret Shopping Contractor, you will anonymously visit various businesses (retail stores, restaurants, service providers, etc.) in your local area, observing and documenting your experience based on specific criteria. Your feedback is crucial for our clients to understand their operational strengths and areas for improvement. This is a remote contract role, meaning your administrative and reporting tasks can be completed from anywhere, with the actual shopping activities conducted on-site as required by each assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete mystery shopping assignments according to provided guidelines and deadlines.
- Visit assigned locations anonymously, observing specific aspects of customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience.
- Accurately and thoroughly document findings and complete detailed online reports after each shop.
- Take discreet photos or obtain specific items/receipts as required by the assignment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities and shop details.
- Communicate effectively with project managers for clarifications or issues.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency for report submission.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to act discreetly and blend into the customer environment.
- Dependability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Prior experience as a secret shopper or mystery shopper.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
