Key Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and personnel to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or individuals to appropriate authorities.
- Respond to emergencies and alarms according to established protocols.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and incident reports.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and applicable laws.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo and pass required security training and obtain a license (cost covered by company).
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
