Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on TUI's products, systems, and customer service standards.
- Assist senior Travel Agents in booking holidays, flights, accommodations, and ancillary services.
- Learn to provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel products, and experiences to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Process bookings, payments, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus, but not essential.
- Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
