Job Description

We are seeking a calm, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our Harrogate Voiceover Recording Studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a quiet, creative atmosphere and enjoys providing essential support to a bustling studio environment. You will be responsible for managing studio bookings, greeting clients, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our creative space. This role is crucial in maintaining our studio’s professional and inviting ambiance for artists, producers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all clients, artists, and visitors to the studio, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the studio's booking calendar efficiently, scheduling sessions and coordinating with producers and talent.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and taking messages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common studio spaces.
  • Prepare client areas with refreshments and necessary materials before sessions.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing mail.
  • Act as a point of contact for studio inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor studio supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Uphold the quiet and focused atmosphere essential for a recording studio.

Required Skills
