Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort packages and freight by destination, size, and service type.
- Load and unload packages from trucks and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Scan incoming and outgoing packages using handheld scanning devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Identify and report any damaged packages or operational issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily sorting and loading targets.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed, following proper training and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide complete on-the-job training.

- Prior experience in a physical labor or warehouse environment (any industry).
