Job Description

In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting critical patient and operational data into our systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter a high volume of data from various sources into designated databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with organizing and filing physical and digital documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet departmental goals.
  • Adhere to established procedures and deadlines for all data entry tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proven typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
