Job Description
Join Truist as a Weekend Warrior Teller and play a vital role in providing exceptional financial services to our clients, primarily on Saturdays. This part-time position offers premium pay rates for weekend shifts, recognizing your commitment to our customers and community. You will be responsible for processing transactions, assisting clients with their banking needs, and maintaining accurate records, all while upholding Truist’s commitment to outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify client needs and educate them on appropriate Truist products and services.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed according to bank policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations during weekend hours.
