Job Description

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a dedicated WFH Virtual Receptionist to join our remote team, specializing in chat-only interactions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing professional and friendly support exclusively through text-based chat. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home office. You will manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, answer inquiries, provide information, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex requests as needed. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to multiple inbound chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot basic customer issues and guide them to appropriate resources or solutions.
  • Accurately document all chat interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or specialist when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient chat support.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a chat support, virtual assistant, or call center environment.
