Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified specialists in the consultation, fitting, and styling of medical wigs and hairpieces for patients.
- Learn and apply techniques for wig maintenance, care, and adjustment to ensure optimal comfort and appearance.
- Provide empathetic and supportive communication to patients, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sensitive clinic environment.
- Manage inventory of wigs and hairpieces, ensuring proper storage and record-keeping.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support administrative tasks related to patient appointments and follow-ups.
