Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process customer returns according to established procedures.
- Inspect returned items for quality, damage, and completeness.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to track inventory.
- Repackage items suitable for resale or prepare them for disposition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 15 kg.
