Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Student Event Ushers for various concerts, sporting events, and other live performances held at Fiserv Forum. This casual work opportunity is perfect for students looking for flexible hours, valuable customer service experience, and a chance to be at the heart of Milwaukee’s most exciting events. As an Event Usher, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests by providing outstanding service and maintaining a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and direct them to their assigned seats.
- Monitor assigned sections for any issues, including guest disturbances, safety hazards, or medical emergencies.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding venue facilities, event schedules, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations, including ticket verification and restricted item policies.
- Assist with crowd management and emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment within your assigned section.
- Collaborate effectively with other event staff and security personnel.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving guest concerns to enhance their event experience.
