Job Description
Are you a skilled technician with a knack for precision and a passion for home entertainment? Bell Canada is looking for an experienced TV Wall Mount Installer to join our growing team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is a high-paying opportunity for an individual who owns their tools, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering flawless installations. As a TV Wall Mount Installer, you will be responsible for visiting customer homes and businesses to professionally install and set up various types of televisions and mounting solutions, ensuring optimal viewing angles, secure fitting, and clean cable management. You will represent Bell Canada, providing excellent customer service and technical expertise with every installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform professional TV wall mount installations.
- Assess client needs and provide expert recommendations on optimal TV placement and mounting solutions.
- Safely and securely mount televisions of various sizes and weights onto different wall types (drywall, brick, concrete, etc.).
- Perform clean and efficient cable management to conceal wires and enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Configure and connect peripheral devices (soundbars, gaming consoles, media players) to the newly installed TV system.
- Test all equipment to ensure full functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the proper use and care of their new setup.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company installation standards.
- Manage personal inventory of tools and necessary mounting hardware.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in TV wall mount installation.
- Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools required for installation.
- Strong understanding of different TV types, mounting brackets, and wall materials.
- Excellent cable management and concealment techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (TVs, mounts) safely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in audiovisual installation or a related field.
- Experience with smart home device integration.
- Familiarity with various home theatre systems and setups.
- Previous experience working independently in a field service role.
- First Aid and safety training.
