Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and process incoming and outgoing packages using handheld scanning equipment.
- Sort packages into designated areas based on delivery routes and categories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed, including package handling and staging.
- Meet daily scanning targets and contribute to overall team productivity.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions.
- Basic computer literacy to operate scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 49 pounds frequently.
- Reliable transportation to and from our New Port Richey facility.
- Commitment to working scheduled shifts and maintaining punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience with inventory management systems or scanning technology.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
