Job Description
Are you an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet individual looking to become an indispensable asset to a busy executive? Lamb Weston is seeking a Personal Assistant to serve as a trusted right-hand, providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and personal support. This pivotal role requires a high level of discretion, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities seamlessly. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, enabling the executive to focus on strategic initiatives. This is an on-site role based in our Pasco, WA office, requiring a strong commitment to professional excellence and a flexible approach to workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence, and handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate and execute various projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash or budgets as required.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a service-oriented mindset.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role (minimum 3 years).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
