Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Real Estate Pinterest Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting our New Mexico operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Pinterest strategy to showcase properties, attract potential buyers and sellers, and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of Pinterest’s algorithm, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with our real estate goals and brand identity.
- Create compelling and visually appealing Pins, including static images, video Pins, and Idea Pins, featuring real estate listings, market insights, and lifestyle content.
- Optimize Pins, boards, and profiles with relevant keywords, descriptions, and calls-to-action to maximize search visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow our Pinterest audience, fostering an engaged community interested in real estate.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge and effective.
- Analyze Pinterest performance data, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and the wider marketing team to gather content, promote listings, and support overall marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all Pinterest content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
- Contribute to content calendars and brainstorm new creative ideas for visual content.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Pinterest Manager or similar role, specifically in real estate or a related industry.
- Expertise in Pinterest for business, including Pin creation, board management, and analytics.
- Strong visual content creation and editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of social media marketing principles, especially Pinterest SEO and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and generate leads through Pinterest.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media platforms and content management systems.
- Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
